Today started production of two new models manure spreaders of trademark VoLLand.

To assess the quality of the product was tested in 2015 on farms Volyn region.

Specific requirements are necessary for testing:

• a large volume of a body for making more nutrients per flight;
• even distribution of organic fertilizers;
• minimum soil compaction at work;
• large width;
• high performance and reliability;

The first model Helios 14 used for spreading solid fertilizer, manure, peat, lime. Another model Helios 14C is designed for efficient spreading of fertilizers such as chicken manure, soil from the tank, lime, compost,  defect.

Spreaders are aggregated with tractors class two and a half that have terminals for connecting the hydraulic system, pneumatic brake system, electrical equipment. The main parts spreaders are: body, frame, scattering body balance-tandem unit, brake system, transmission, conveyor, hydraulic drive system and electrical equipment. The cargo platform is made of structural steel, which makes it possible to reduce the total weight and produce a solid platform. Suspension system used – such as tandem. Productive scattering body allows uniform spreading width of 10 m or more. Milling augers with wear-resistant teeth provide flow evenly of crushed mass. The body is continuous bath with additional walls conical shape that increases the capacity of the spreader. Impermeability manure spreaders allows transport and scatter even viscous materials.

The hydraulic tipping cylinder, located on the drawbar, regulates the spreading of fertilizers.

The hydraulic cylinder on drawbar optimizes the spreading area, such as changing the slope of the trailer and then spread width.

The  drive shaft  optimizes the drive of spreader. The exact application rate ensures the speed of a moving bottom and wall adjustable by mechanical or electrical potentiometer.
